A gentler rhythm, made foryour real life.

Eight weeks with Nguyễn Vân to sleep more steadily, breathe more slowly and move gently again — one small habit at a time, for busy adults 35+.

It is not about knowing more

You have read enough advice. What you need is a plan that fits real life — small enough to start tonight, clear enough to still be there in eight weeks.

Between meetings, school runs, caring for parents and rushed meals, “being healthy” easily becomes one more pressure. Ananta does the opposite: choose one priority, practise within your capacity, review and adjust — with someone beside you, without judgement.

The Sivananda foundation

Five simple pointsfor a healthy life

Swami Vishnudevananda distilled classical yoga into five points anyone can begin at home. Ananta uses them as the frame for every habit — so what you build has roots, not just a trend.

Ananta is an independent practice inspired by the Sivananda tradition, not a centre of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres.

011 / 5

Asana

Proper exercise

Slow, mindful postures help you feel your body again after hours of meetings and commuting. No flexibility required, nothing to perform — just regular practice within a comfortable range.

In the program: a 15–20 minute sequence adapted to how your body moves.

022 / 5

Pranayama

Proper breathing

Breath is the bridge between body and mind. Slow, even breathing through the nose is the simplest way to shift gear after a long day — you can do it at your desk.

Full yogic breath and gentle alternate-nostril breathing (Anuloma Viloma), 3–5 minutes.

Savasana

Proper relaxation

Rest is a skill. Savasana — the relaxation pose — teaches the body to let go part by part, so that alertness and ease can exist together.

Guided relaxation at the end of every practice and a 10-minute audio for evenings.

Ahara

Proper diet

The Sivananda tradition values simple, fresh, moderate meals. At Ananta, that becomes the Vietnamese family table: plenty of vegetables, variety, eating slowly and regularly — no extreme rules, no “superfoods”.

One slow meal a day and a simple “balanced tray” guide for busy days.

Vedanta & Dhyana

Positive thinking & meditation

Not forcing yourself to be cheerful, but training attention: noticing the running thoughts, returning to the breath, choosing a kinder response to yourself.

Two quiet minutes each morning and a few lines of reflection at the weekend.

Hanoi still greets the dawnwith breath and a slow stretch.

Good habits were never foreign to us: a walk around the lake, early tea, a family meal. Ananta begins with exactly those.

The Ananta method

Five steps,one steady rhythm

Simple enough to sustain, structured enough that you always know where you are and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Assess

Look at a real week: sleep times, meals, the most stretched moments and where there is a little space.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

Choose one or two anchor habits — small enough for your busiest day.

  3. 03

    Practise

Practise with clear guidance, gentle yoga and a simple tracker.

  4. 04

    Review

Each week, look together at what felt easy, what felt hard and how you feel.

  5. 05

    Adjust

Change the plan when life changes — without judgement, without chasing perfect.

Small moments

Whole-life wellbeingbegins with ordinary things

A pot of tea, a meal full of greens, ten minutes of breathing by the window. No need to go far — the new rhythm lives inside your day.

Your guide

Meet Vân

Health coach · Sivananda-trained yoga · Ayurveda-inspired daily living

Vân walks alongside busy people in Hanoi who want to slow down a little: steadier sleep, deeper breathing, gentle movement again. Trained in the Sivananda yoga tradition, she pairs it with habit coaching so that the things that support your wellbeing become small enough, clear enough and real enough to keep.

Sivananda

Vân trained in the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition: Swami Sivananda (1887–1963) → Swami Vishnudevananda, who founded the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in 1959. Details of Vân’s training will be published once certificates are verified.

Questions

Before you begin

If your question is not here, ask Vân during the free 20-minute call — no strings attached.

Yes. Yoga at Ananta is not a flexibility test. Every posture has a beginner version, and Vân adapts it to your body in each session. You never need to force a range or hold a painful position.

Beyond one session a week (45–75 minutes), home practice is usually 10–20 minutes a day. Every habit has a “minimum version” for heavy days — because a lasting rhythm has to survive your worst weeks too.

No. The Sivananda tradition encourages vegetarian eating, and Vân is happy to share that view if you are curious. In the program, though, the aim is a balanced Vietnamese meal pattern that fits your taste and circumstances.

No. Ananta is non-medical lifestyle coaching: no diagnosis, no prescribing, no changes to a care plan. If you have persistent symptoms or are under treatment, Vân will ask you to involve your doctor before and during the program.

Many busy clients choose online to save travel time. Private yoga can be taught over video, or in person at an arranged Hanoi space. Any venue cost is disclosed upfront.

Pay once or in two instalments (50% at the start, 50% before week three). Rescheduling and refund terms are written into the agreement before you pay anything. No pressure discounts, no automatic renewal.
