Template requiring legal review before use
Terms & conditions
Written in plain language, so you know exactly what you are signing up for.
Service scope
Ananta programs are non-medical lifestyle education and coaching. Outcomes are not guaranteed; each person’s experience depends on their context and practice.
Price and payment
Price, number of sessions and validity are confirmed in writing before payment. The Foundations 8-week program costs VND 6,800,000, paid at once or in two instalments. No pressure discounts and no automatic renewal.
Rescheduling, pausing and refunds
Rescheduling, pausing and refund conditions are set out in the individual agreement before you start. This template does not replace that agreement.
Communication
Response times and check-in channels are agreed at the start of the program. Messaging is not an emergency or medical-advice channel.
Consent and privacy
Consent to receive resources, updates, photography and sharing your story are separate choices. Declining to share your story never affects the service you receive.
