Warning signs

When to seek medical help

Ananta provides lifestyle education, habit coaching and gentle yoga. It is not a medical service: we do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or promise outcomes.

Seek medical help promptly for chest pain, fainting, breathlessness, severe or persistent symptoms, signs of disordered eating, a mental-health crisis or injury. In an emergency in Vietnam, call 115 — do not wait for a reply from Ananta.

If what you need goes beyond coaching, Vân will say so and suggest an appropriate doctor, psychologist, dietitian or physiotherapist. For sleep difficulty more than three nights a week for over three months, please see a specialist.

What Vân will do

If something comes up that needs medical assessment, Vân will pause the related practice, explain why and suggest an appropriate professional: a family doctor, specialist, psychologist, dietitian or physiotherapist.

Sleep

According to Vietnam’s National Institute of Mental Health (Bach Mai Hospital), if sleep difficulty happens more than three nights a week for over three months, or clearly affects your day, you should see a specialist. Habit coaching can accompany that, but it does not replace an assessment.

Mental wellbeing

If you feel overwhelmed for a long time, lose interest in everything or have thoughts of harming yourself, please contact a mental-health professional or someone you trust right away. In an emergency, call 115.

Medication and treatment

Every question about medication — starting, changing or stopping — belongs with your prescribing doctor. Ananta does not give medication advice under any circumstances.
