8 weeks
The journey, week by week
Structured one-to-one coaching that brings together daily habits, gentle Sivananda yoga and Ayurveda-inspired routines — for busy adults 35+ who want evenings that slow down more easily, a gentler response to everyday stress and a body that moves again.
Week 1
Listen & choose a priority
A 75-minute intake looking at your sleep, meals, movement and pauses. Together you choose one or two anchor habits and a “minimum version” for your busiest day.
Weeks 2–3
Build the anchor
Set up an evening wind-down, a slower meal or a short movement sequence that fits your actual schedule. First private yoga session: breathing, gentle sun salutation and relaxation.
Weeks 4–5
Practise through disruption
Travel, a sick child, stacked deadlines — you practise keeping the rhythm when plans fall apart, using simple “if… then…” options.
Week 6
Integrate yoga
Second private yoga session: refine your own 15–20 minute sequence built on Sivananda foundation postures, ready for home practice.
Week 7
Prepare to continue
Rehearse life after the program: what stays, what gets lighter, and who or what will remind you.
Week 8
Review & continue
Compare your experience with where you started using simple self-ratings, and write a 30-day maintenance plan. A clean ending, no automatic renewal.
A good fit if…
- You are willing to practise between sessions, even 10–15 minutes a day.
- You want accountability and gentle reminders, without pressure.
- You want support with sleep routines, everyday stress, gentle movement or regular meals.
- You can meet online or arrange sessions in Hanoi.
Not the right fit if…
- You need diagnosis, disease treatment, rehabilitation or medication advice.
- You have symptoms not yet assessed, are pregnant without your doctor’s clearance, or are recovering from an injury.
- You are looking for a quick fix such as rapid weight loss or a “7-day transformation”.

About the program
What people often ask
You receive a 30-day maintenance plan and either finish cleanly or join a monthly maintenance option if you would like continued support. Nothing renews automatically.
Yes. Rescheduling rules are agreed in writing before you start, with your work and family calendar in mind.
The price reflects roughly nine hours of direct and preparation time for you: eight one-to-one sessions, a personal yoga sequence, weekly check-ins and materials. About VND 850,000 a week.
Usually yes, but please talk with your doctor before starting a new movement program. Ananta never gives advice about medication — those questions belong with your prescribing doctor.
