What we collect

The website form asks only for: your name, contact channel and details (Zalo, phone or email), age band, a general routine goal, preferred format, desired start, referral source and your consent choices. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medication or medical history through this form.

Why we use it

• To send the resource you asked for (for example, the 7-day plan).
• To answer your booking request or question.
• Only with your separate consent: to send articles and program updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Storage and security

Data is stored in an access-controlled PostgreSQL database; only the person handling your request can see it. Retention periods and deletion procedures will be set in line with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (in force from 1 January 2026) and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, with legal advice before commercial operation.

Health information if you join a program

If you enrol, a separate, secure intake form is used after payment, with the minimum necessary fields and restricted access. That information never passes through marketing forms or social-media messages.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, withdraw consent for or delete your data through Ananta’s official contact channel. We verify each request so your information is never disclosed to someone else.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Umami for aggregate visit measurement, with no advertising cookies. Third-party services such as Calendly apply their own policies when you choose to use them.
